* Where can I find a list of ingredients and allergen warnings?

 A list of ingredients and allergens for each of our teas can be found on each tea’s page.  

 Teas containing chocolate and cream flavors contain dairy and/or soy.

 Teas containing nuts will have the type of nut listed in the ingredients.

 Teas containing wheat and soy products will be listed in the ingredients.

 The list of ingredient are a basic list and ingredients may vary on reblends.  

It is better to be safe than sorry.  If you have food allergies, we do recommend that you talk to your physician before consuming any of our teas/products.

We ship all orders via USPS delivery.  In addition to shipping time, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order and 2-7 business days based on delivery option for overall delivery time except all other countries, allow 1 to 3 weeks for shipping.  

Multiple Shipping Addresses

You may ship items to separate mailing addresses ONLY by placing separate orders for each destination.

Shipping to a P.O. Box

 Using USPS allows Della Terra Teas to be shipped directly to P.O. Boxes.  

Returns Policy

All sales are final, however, we want you to be satisfied with your order from Della Terra Teas.  Mistakes can happen, though we strive for perfection.  If there is an issue with your order (such as wrong tea sent, wrong size) we will do our best to fix it as soon as possible.
